A little Razzle-Dazzle with a cocktail for the Oscars

The Red Carpet cocktail is a great choice to kick-off your Oscar party! It’s simple. All you need is some bourbon, honey (or honey simple syrup), and some freshly squeezed lemon juice. I found this cocktail from bevvy. Here’s how you make The Red Carpet cocktail:

Here’s what you’ll need to make it.

2 oz Jim Beam Black bourbon

0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

0.75 oz honey or honey syrup

Gold flakes for garnish (optional)

Add all ingredients (except garnish) to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.

• Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass over fresh ice.

• Garnish with gold flakes (optional) and serve.
